I recently visited Starbucks at Elante Mall, and it was a wonderful experience! The ambiance was calm and relaxing — perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee. A special shoutout to Rajnish, the barista, for his excellent service. He was very friendly, polite, and made my drink just the way I like it. It’s always nice to see someone who genuinely enjoys their work and makes customers feel welcome. The coffee was perfectly brewed, and the overall vibe of the café was warm and inviting. Definitely one of the best Starbucks outlets I’ve been to. Great service, great coffee, and a great team — especially Rajnish! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered a cold coffee and masala potato puff. We waited for 15 to 20 mins but our name was not called out. When my daughter walked up to the counter to check, our food was simply lying there like garbage. And Staff member told her - Yeah, This is your order. We were shocked as coffee tasted pathetic. It was just coffee powder and sugar mixed in water. No flavor, no milky richness... And puff was half burnt. On complaining, they replaced the puff. Guys, at least try to honor the name of the brand... even local coffee shops serve their customers better! Rather than adding fancy items to your menu during festive season, focus on the quality of basic ones!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400
