Extremely disappointed with my experience at @Starbucks Elante Mall on Dec 31 around 11 AM. Faced rude behavior and racist remarks from a cashier who claimed to be an assistant manager but refused to show ID. This is unacceptable from a global brand that claims inclusivity. I’ve formally requested a CCTV review and apology. Service: 1

Clean store and amazing food, the staff is very helpfull and lovely they noticed me came to me to ask if my coffee was good , I told them it got cold and they immediately replaced it without a question, this gesture was very personal to me, I would love to come back to this gesture. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800
