Although it is highly hyped, the experience, to be honest, did not live up to expectations. I ordered a hot Mocha coffee, but the taste was disappointing—it was just hot water with chocolate. There is a need for improvement in both quality and staff behavior. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
