Visited Starbucks Bhopal (DB City Mall) & had a terrible experience. Only 2 staff members, long wait times, & no queue system. After ordering, we waited 10+ mins while staff prioritized a bigger order. When I asked about the delay, the lady said, “We are only two people, you’ll have to deal with that.” Staff was indifferent when I requested a refund. Poor service & attitude. Definitely not visiting again. Also kindly take a moment to note the chicken croissant description in the attached menu. Service: 1

Hi this is Dimpy and Raghvi we want to share our experiences today we were facing an issue from the delivery we received in the morning and my items were missing my daughter was very upset sad whole day .In the evening i thought I must visit the restaurant from where I ordered and it's locatedi in DB City mall I went their and I enquired about the manager however my problem was handled very well by an employee who was at the counter he was Mr.Devank and I explained the situation to him he listened to me patiently and he told me wait .After a few moments my matter was resolved very well and that made my and my daughters day .Iam very grateful and thankful to Mr Devank for his unconditional support and help and he made my 11 year old daughter smile I think this emmloyee is an asset to the company Thank uuu God bless him and the team.
