The most 3rd class Starbucks Store I have ever visited. The staff is so rude, They denied us the offer. They also denied another offer that claimed "Get 25% off on your first three beverages". We had tried to avail this offer through another newly opened account, on another phone, that hasn't had any previous purchases. They denied us this offer as well. This ordeal was orchestrated by mainly two workers- "Nishchay" and "Muni". However, the staff member named Rudra was quite nice and jovial. But, that won't save you the bitterness. Hence won't recommend anyone to visit here at all. Instead go upstairs and get yourself some coffee from any other stores or simply go to Park Square Mall Starbucks Store. Baristas are not good. They don’t know the proper ratio of espresso and water for an americano. So the taste of the americano became too flat and tasteless as they have added lot of water. Third Wave or Blue Tokai are the better options. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
