I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks outlet. One of the staff members behaved in an unprofessional and condescending manner, trying to act smart and misleading me while assigning a table and also tried to be extra smart by saying me that rules are different for different Starbucks outlets! It’s important for the management to ensure that employees treat customers respectfully and not with a dismissive or “know-it-all” attitude. I genuinely hope Starbucks takes this feedback seriously and ensures better staff training and customer handling going forward and not some chai tapri wala attitude.
