Extremely unpleasant experience with a staff named Harpitha , when we politely asked her to send someone to get the washroom cleaned as it was extremely dirty and not upto the Starbucks standards , she was very rude and arrogant . We are regulars at Starbucks and didnt expect to be treated with this kind of behaviour. Please look into this as this is affecting the customers .
