Absolutely Furious with Starbucks - 80ft Road near RMV 2nd Stage! This Starbucks location at 80ft Road near RMV 2nd Stage is dangerously incompetent and utterly irresponsible! Today, we purchased a simple chicken salad sandwich and a couple of your advertised "Pupachinos" for our dogs. Imagine our horror when we discovered that the staff had inexplicably put chocolate sauce on BOTH of the Pupachinos! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Do your staff have absolutely no idea that chocolate is EXTREMELY POISONOUS to dogs? What in the world were they thinking? Were they trying to KILL MY DOGS?! This isn't a joke; this is a serious health hazard and shows a shocking level of ignorance and carelessness. To make matters even worse, when I tried to call the number listed on Google to complain about this egregious error, some lady picked up, but the connection was so terrible I could barely hear her. I tried calling TWICE and had the same frustrating experience. Clearly, customer service is not a priority at this establishment. Starbucks, if you are going to offer something specifically for pets, like a "Pupachino," the absolute bare minimum expectation is that your staff understand what is safe and what is potentially lethal for animals. Offering something for "pennies" (as you seem to imply with the Pupachino) does not excuse such blatant negligence. You have put my dogs at serious risk, and I am beyond disgusted. AVOID THIS STARBUCKS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS if you care about your pets or expect even a basic level of competence and customer service. This was a truly horrifying and unacceptable experience.
