I had asked for whipped cream and I paid extra and it wasn't there. It was spilt on the outside. You guys always get my drink right but a few times it's been bad and it makes me sad. Yesterday the churro drink was really good. Today it's really bad.

Tried their Belgian Frappuccino.. Just an overload of sugar without any character of itself.. Felt like drinking it off a local juice shop.. worse that I went for Venti.. The place can't hold a group of 5 friends.. seems like starbucks is a cafe for recluse/losers.. Staff was friendly but misguided us into ordering this new thing..
