If you like Indian cuisine, then this bar is worth checking out. Trying perfectly cooked mussels, fried crabs and fish masala is a nice experience here. The chef at Star Light cooks tasty pudding and good fried custard. You will be offered delicious beer.
Live music is performed by musicians in the evening. The attentive staff at this place can show how much they appreciate their visitors. Food was good 3/5 We ordered the Ambotik with Rice, Bombay duck stuffed with prawns, Chicken Xacuti. wanted to have the Goan poie , but it wasn't available. Service was subpar (0/5) the service used to really good before, sadly not anymore. the staff need more training. might think twice to visit this restaurant primarily due to this Ambience was good.(3/5) the hotel is by the river, thereby enabling one to have a good experience by the river. they normally have live music. but today they didn't. overall a 1/5 rating primarily due to the sub par service.
