The high ratings of Star Bakery would be impossible without the accommodating staff. Professional service is something guests agree upon here. When you enter this place, you feel the pretty atmosphere. But this place hasn't earned a high rating from Google users.

The staff & owner himself seemed disinterested and unresponsive. When I approached the counter with questions about the menu, I was met with blank stares and a lack of enthusiasm. It's as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to spend my money there. A basic level of customer service should be a given, but unfortunately, it was sorely lacking at Star Bakery.
