Went to this cute looking cafe one evening, tried the Ferrero Rocher and Nutella Shake. It was delicious! Also has an Espresso which was impressive too. The cafe is really small and can't accommodate a lot of people at a time. The staff is really efficient.

Called Star Anise Patisserie at 8 pm for a home delivery, ordered Sous l'equateur, and Opera Tranche. I think the female at the other end found my order to be too less ₹310 + taxes? She just put the down. Called again and told her that I need the delivery, and it was as if too much work for the lady to take my order or maybe she thought she was doing me a favor, went on apologizing when she was reprimanded by me. It's now past 9.30 and the order hasn't arrived yet and I am in the next lane!!!
Clearly Chef you have to look into the way your staff behaves. Your business will close down in no time if this persists and Bandra has many choices as well.!!!
