Tried the kaapi filter , chocolate mocca. Very nice place. Ambience 7/10 Service. 8/10 Taste. 7/10 Good bugget place Must try. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800

The food was decent, but the experience was ruined by shocking hygiene and careless service. We saw live cockroaches crawling upstairs, along with several dead ones. When we brought it up, the staff casually said pest control had been done. If that’s true, the place should’ve been shut for a day or two—not operating with dead insects lying around. It’s alarming to think about what the kitchen must look like. To make things worse, the staff is clearly untrained. My friend ordered a matcha with oat milk due to her lactose intolerance. When the drinks arrived, the server had forgotten which glass had oat milk. We asked him to confirm and he confidently handed one over. It turned out to be regular milk, and my friend ended up with an upset stomach. When we raised both the hygiene and milk issues, there was no proper response or accountability. The staff didn’t know how to handle the situation and there was no manager in sight. I had visited last week Friday as well. The staff were very casual. Not bothered if the table needs anything or should check around. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 1
