I took my wife Preeti to Hyatt Regency for a special Valentines Day Dinner. We made reservations and we're duly seated. Our first impression was the table was wobbly, after some talking they sat us at a non wobbly table. We arrived at 8. There was a fixed menu with seemingly nice choices. I am sad to say that it was an utter fail as an event for Hyatt. The soup and momos were cold, the seabass utterly tasteless, the pizza tasted like it was made with ready made crusts. The salmon sushi tasted a bit fishy. And to top it off service for this dinner took 2 and 1/2 hours for a five course meal.
I will have to think hard before I venture into shichang or piccante again. Utter fail!
