chicken strips were deep brown instead of nicely cooked. they were over cooked and too crunchy, almost burnt. I've been noticing a decline in quality over last few orders, please don't do this

The fries were cold and not as requested. After so many years being in the business of food, Stacks and Racks can see the quality of the food going down.
