As a longtime patron of SST Bakery, I am deeply disappointed by the recent changes that have taken away from the bakery's once-charming atmosphere and delicious offerings.One of the most noticeable changes is the decline in taste across their products. Items that used to be flavorful and freshly baked now lack the same appeal, leaving customers dissatisfied. Coupled with this decline in taste is a significant increase in prices, making it difficult for customers to justify the expense for what has become a subpar experience.A major disappointment is the absence of freshly baked bread, which was a highlight of SST Bakery. Instead of maintaining their in-house baking, they have turned to outsourced bread, resulting in a noticeable drop in freshness and quality across their sandwiches and bread-based items.The quality of their patties has also suffered, with a noticeable decrease in taste and overall satisfaction. What used to be a delightful snack option has now become underwhelming, further contributing to the decline in customer satisfaction.Adding to the frustration is the bakery's focus on stocking various non-bakery items such as chips, dry fruits, mouth fresheners, and seeds, while neglecting their core competency in baking. This shift has led to a lack of in-house bakery items, further distancing SST Bakery from its original charm and appeal.In conclusion, SST Bakery has unfortunately lost its charm and quality due to its expansion efforts and changes in offerings. I hope they reconsider their approach and prioritize regaining their original standards to once again delight their loyal customers and attract new ones.
