We ordered mutton biriyani in a bucket (for 8 to 10 people). Along with that we were given the boiled eggs, brinjal chutney/curry, onion and curd raitha, and bread halwa. We ordered chicken 65 as extra appetiser. The food delivery was on schedule and the quantity of food provided can feed more than 10 people. The taste of the biriyani is good, and the ratio of mutton pieces to each handful of biriyani as it should be (if you are a connoisseur of biriyani, you will understand what I mean by this). We had more than enough food left over (after the entire celebration) to pack and give to those who had come for dinner. If you are planning on pre-ordering, you can call and make a booking on the day of the celebration itself. Do not be afraid of them running out or not taking your call. They return missed calls and ensure that the customer is provided with good service. SS Hyderbad Biriyani is worth trying if you are in Coimbatore. If you are in coimbatore and a briyani fan then never miss out this place. A great place for briyani lovers having generous portions with 1 CB serving for 2 people. Their briyani is really tasty. We also tried there spicy n crispy chicken which was too good. Decent pricing. There was a little waiting time. The restaurant is situated in 3 floors. They also serve curd salad, a gravy and bread halwa with the briyani. The bread halwa was really sweet and yummy. The salad lacked salt and when we asked them they told that they eat it without salt, since we were used to salted salad we added a bit of salt to it. If you want to try SS Hyderabadi Biryani then do come and dine in. I have experience of both ordering via swiggy and dining in. While ordering 1 bucket briyani the quantity felt less than the one served at the restaurant and also the salad portion was very little. Here at the restaurant you get unlimited rice and salad, so better dine in at the restaurant.
