Dear Guest,We’re truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify a few points. Due to unpredictable weather conditions and strong winds in this region, there can occasionally be short interruptions in power or network connectivity. During your stay, our team did not observe any major power fluctuations, as the climate was quite pleasant at that time.Regarding the toiletries, we would like to mention that all amenities provided are from reputed high-standard suppliers who also serve several premium hotels. Toiletries are arranged as per occupancy — for 2 pax in your case — and were placed correctly before check-in.As for food service, we would like to highlight that we do not operate a running restaurant. All meals are prepared freshly upon guest request to ensure quality and freshness. This process involves purchasing fresh ingredients based on the order, which may sometimes result in a slight delay in service.The order placed by the guest was around1.30 Pm which is the restaurant closing time although we took orders and delivered it in a decent time .We genuinely value your feedback, as it helps us continue improving.
