Using dublicate cards to open the room without our knowledge. This hotel not at all safe. When we ask for explanation for what purpose they opened the room, They replied that check cctv for any doubt. They not even apologized. This hotel has serious security issue. Service: 1

Greetings! Sri Janakiram Hotels at Tirunelveli is brilliant and makes us feel home. It is walkable distance from Railway Station and has a dining restaurant of their own in ground floor. Their accommodation, hospitality, food, transport and other services are too good. We are also given free WiFi to access our datas. Recently they have started giving digital confirmation on room bookings and they also share Intercom numbers of all room services. Please go ahead with this hotel if you plan to visit Tirunelveli. Have a pleasant stay!
