The location though inside of main road enables ample car parking and walking space.Items served are good in taste and service quick and cordial. As there are many food joints on the road itself there are not many footfalls despite positive features. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1–200

Had a terrible experience at this hotel. The customer service was extremely poor — staff were unresponsive and careless. After placing the order, the delay was unbelievable; it took forever to get the food. When it finally arrived, the taste was awful and totally disappointing. Overall, bad service, huge delay, and tasteless food — definitely not worth visiting again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast

We visited Sri Kandha Sweets and Veg Restaurant as a family of 8 members around 11:30 AM, during a very hot day. Upon entering, we found the restaurant was quite hot inside. I politely requested the staff to switch on the fan, but they informed me that there was no electricity at the moment. However, after some time, a bus full of people arrived, and immediately the restaurant turned on the generator and started the fans, which felt very unfair to us. It was disappointing to see that service was prioritized only after a bigger crowd came in. We ordered ghee roast and poori, but sadly, the food was not tasty and did not meet our expectations. When it came time to pay, we were initially given a handwritten bill on a piece of paper. I requested a computer-generated original bill, but the staff said that it would take at least 30 minutes for the UPS to switch on, as the generator had just been started. I told them that we would wait for 30 minutes in our seats until we received the bill, and surprisingly, they gave us the original bill within 10 minutes. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience for us, both in terms of service and food quality. I hope the management improves their service standards and treats all customers equally, regardless of the number of people.
