Very disappointing experience, and it keeps getting worse day by day. I ordered Akki Roti and waited for around 20 minutes. When I politely asked about the order status, the owner himself responded rudely and yelled at me, saying I don’t have the patience to wait, without any concern for the 20 minutes of my time that was already wasted. To make it worse, I was then asked to change my order instead of being given a proper explanation or apology. As a regular customer, this was a very bad and upsetting experience. Seriously, guys, do not go here. I had the North Indian meal today at Sri Devi Vaibhav, and it was honestly TERRIBLE. Like, one of the worst meals I've ever bought. The food was just not good. It tasted old and like they didn't even try to cook it well. I cannot recommend this place to anyone, seriously. The thing that was absolutely the WORST was the rice. I don't know what they did to that rice, but it was just awful. I could barely eat it. I paid about ₹130 for this, and it was a total waste of money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
