I have placed order online twice from this restaurant and had a bitter experience. 1st time last week..it was raining heavily in the evening and I understand no one can come and deliver and can expect delays. I placed order at 7 pm and got the delivery at 9 pm..2 hrs of delay expected due to rain for sometime. I called the restaurant and they told me that he left long back and will come in next 10 mins..I waited for half hr. Called again and same answer..third time I spoke and was told the delivery person just left from here should be there any moment..and finally got to eat after 2 hrs.. Second instance was today..I placed an order through the website..I got a msg that all items were out of stock..no call from restaurant..I had to call them and I understand that one item is not available. I got the parcel for other items with a foul smell of both chutney and sambhar..this is pathetic..I called the restaurant again and told them about it. I am glad that atleast they were food enough in refunding the amount. So thanks for doing so I appreciate if the quality of the food is checked before being delivered or served.
