This restaurant serves up some pretty terrible biryani. The rice was dry and lacked flavor, and the chicken was dry and bland. Overall, this was a pretty disappointing meal. The taste of the unfresh biryani served is is often described as being stale or rubbery. This is likely due to the fact that the biryani has been sitting out for too long and the spices have begun to lose their potency.
