Extremely disappointing experience at Sai Ram’s Chat Centre on 12th July 2025 around 6:45 PM. I ordered a parcel worth ₹110, paid in full—including for proper packaging—but was handed food in a cheap plastic cover. When I politely asked for it to be packed in plastic container, he is replying that he is giving in a free way inspite i paying for additional parcel charges Such rude, classist, and humiliating behavior is unacceptable. The Owner Lokesh refused both proper service and refund, and behaved as if doing a favor by serving customers. This is blatant discrimination and grossly unprofessional.Food businesses must treat every customer with equal respect—this kind of treatment is a clear case of deficiency of service and reflects terribly on customer ethics. Zomato should seriously review their listing and take appropriate action. Not recommended for anyone who expects basic respect and decency with their food.
