Excellent customer service and delicious cake! Thank you. Longer post: I rarely write reviews but I have to write it this time. I had to get a cake for my colleague's farewell, and neither Swiggy or Zomato had the option for cakes in this area. Then I started checking on Google maps and called Sri Sai. The person was very prompt and understanding of the situation and made sure the cake was delivered, even before we paid full amount for it. Highly recommended!

Yesterday I have placed an order of pineapple cake...it has delivered on time...but after opening the box..I was shocked...it's too worst..smell is like the cake was prepared 4days back ..and they have sent me Yesterday...it's a worst smell...bloody bugs...how dare you sell such cakes and bluff people....idiots...If u guys repeat again...I will complaint to police...sell fresh foods ...not stored foods...bloody bugs..
