Guests don't highly appreciate coffee at this restaurant. From the visitors' point of view, the staff is appealing here. According to the clients, the main drawback of Sri Sai Cafe is the terrific service. The exotic atmosphere does not attract users. Many people who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

One of the worst restaurants in Coimbatore City. They have no idea how to treat customers. As a family, we had to keep asking every waiter who was responsible for our table service. We waited for more than 15 minutes, repeatedly requesting service, but received no response either from the waiters or the management. As regular visitors to this hotel, we are deeply disappointed with such poor hospitality. We have now decided to boycott this restaurant and will not recommend it to others. Sri Sai Cafe is a nice spot for affordable food. The pricing is reasonable and fits well for everyday meals. I’ve been here a few times, and the experience is mixed. One thing I really love is their veg pulav – it’s my favorite! It has good flavor and is always cooked just right. However, the regular meals need some improvement. The taste of the kuruma and kulambu is quite average. It lacks the richness and flavor that makes a meal satisfying. If they work on enhancing the taste of those curries, it would really help. The rice in the meals is usually fine, but the side dishes don't impress. Service is okay, and the staff are polite and quick. The place is clean and has a simple setup, which I appreciate. I do like the consistency in the food temperature and serving time. Overall, it’s a good budget option, but there’s room for improvement. Still, I’ll definitely go back for the veg pulav!
