The ambience and interior of the place are very good. Located on the National Highway, it is easily accessible. The mahal is air-conditioned, with a separate buffet area and a dining area. The rooms for the bride and groom are very spacious, and the overall property has ample parking. We also did not face any housefly issues this time. However, there were several maintenance problems. The geysers were not working, the common bathrooms were not clean, and the kitchen utensils and appliances were not maintained properly. They charged Rs. 750 for each extra bed, but the bed quality did not match the price, better we can sleep on floor. The gas charges were also high. They considered cylinders with 5 kg or less gas as completely empty, which felt unethical. Out of the 45 cylinders we used, around 20 still had some gas left, but they counted only 5 as non-empty and charged the full amount for the remaining 15. The property manager, Suresh, was very indecisive and kept introducing new rules during the event. Whenever we questioned these sudden rules, he said they were instructions from the owner. This created confusion and unnecessary tension during the wedding. Overall, the venue has good infrastructure, but it is let down by poor maintenance and a lack of proper support for hosts.

Don't take this place for rent it is over flowing with housefly. It is not hygienic.

The biiggest Convention Hall for Marriage and other functions near Rasipuram, located in the NH-7 (Salem-Namakkal highway), near Attiyampatti cross road. Ample space for car parking, large dining hall as well as hall for Buffet. (Landmark: A2B, Adayar Anandha Bhavan).
