I recently visited sri Ramana vilas nd unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Despite choosing to dine in the AC room, the food was not up to the mark—it lacked flavor and tasted quite bland. To make matters worse, the service was very unprofessional. The lady attending to us was extremely rude and unwilling to listen to our concerns, which only made the experience more unpleasant. I hope the management looks into both the food quality and customer service as they really fell short of expectations. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
