They started well. But, could not continue the same. Initially, when they started, they were polite and on-time with good quality food with enough add-ons. Now, disappointed with their rude behaviour and negligence including the management. Pathetic thing is, they cry & cry and ready to die but won't give you extra chutney. Whether you send message or call them personally. I have faced this limited chutney problem consistently on multiple zomato orders and personal orders as well. For reference, I'm sharing my recent zomato order. While I try to inform them, they're ready to get in to argument rather than addressing it. When you go for personal parcel, that new guy will keep you holded and keep delivering all other later orders. He will continue to do the same until you change tone. If I find another good restaurant in this area, I'll switch immediately. Until then, it's a compulsion form me to go here. This was earlier pure vegetarian hotel, but now its name is south spicy ,same management but collab with non veg too. Heartly felt bad, it was chaturthi i wanted to eat vegetarian food as iam a brahmin, but dis hotel served non veg too. So this is not the Raghavendra udupi anymore, its name is south spicy. VEG n NON VEG
