I recently visited Hotel Kesava Bhavan in Adambakkam, and it left me with mixed feelings. This pure vegetarian restaurant offers a variety of Chinese and Indian vegetarian dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, making it a convenient choice for those seeking meatless options. The ambience of the place is nothing to write home about; it's okay but lacks the charm that many restaurants in the area possess. The interior could use some sprucing up to create a more welcoming atmosphere. Now, onto the food. While the menu has a decent selection, the quality is just okay. I expected a bit more in terms of flavors and presentation. It's not bad, but it's not exceptional either. Service, unfortunately, left much to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive. It took a long time for them to take our orders, and there were several mix-ups with our dishes. Despite these shortcomings, I would recommend giving Hotel Kesava Bhavan a try at least once, especially if you're in the area and craving vegetarian cuisine. It might not be your top choice for an unforgettable dining experience, but it's a decent option when you're looking for a quick, meatless meal.
