Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs! My parents stay at Hotel Santoor, Varanasi, was an absolute nightmare! From the moment I checked in, everything went downhill. 1. Horrible Staff Behavior – The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They had no sense of hospitality and acted as if they were doing us a favor by answering basic queries. 2. Filthy Rooms – The room was dirty and unhygienic, with stained bed sheets, a foul-smelling bathroom, and dust everywhere. It seemed like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks! 3. Pathetic Service – No one responds to calls from the room service or reception. Even after multiple reminders, basic amenities like towels and drinking water were not provided. 4. Horrible Food – The restaurant serves tasteless, stale food, and the staff doesn’t care about complaints. Avoid eating here unless you want to get sick. 5. Misleading Online Photos – The hotel looks decent in pictures, but in reality, it’s nowhere close to what they advertise. Complete fraud! 6. AC and Wi-Fi Don’t Work – The air conditioning barely functioned, and Wi-Fi was nonexistent, despite them falsely claiming to provide it. 7. Overpriced for Nothing – For the horrendous service, dirty rooms, and unresponsive staff, the rates they charge are a total rip-off! Overall, this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. If you value your money and peace of mind, DO NOT stay at Hotel Santoor, Varanasi. There are far better hotels available at this price.
