Utterly disappointing and dissatisfying experience with the Sri Matha Family restaurant which is across the street from this food court and is operated under same management. Waiter himself is working as uninterested and wasn’t helping with the menu. The ambience was so shady inside this poorly maintained family restaurant. Then came the GUEST OF THE HOUR, a COCKROACH.!! It was crawling on the wall and then to our table. When complained to the manager, there was no response from them. Attaching the pictures for proofs. Hope the food and health department will take care of these issues. Was a regular to this food court but will never comeback after this incident. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400

I ordered for my kid 3 times the same item. She liked it so much and from then she is asking me to order only from Sri Matha Food Court and she is not ready to taste from any others. Thanks for SMFC.
