I had a very disappointing experience at AC dine-in of this hotel. THE HOTEL SUPERVISOR (AGED PERSON, NO PROPER KNOWLEDGE ABOUT HOTEL MANAGEMENT) of the AC dine in hall was extremely rude, which made the dining experience unpleasant and uncomfortable. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. I hope the management takes steps to address such unprofessionalism to improve the guest experience!!! Very worst. Because of him this hotel lost 2 family regular customers. You have to change him lot of people raised a complaint about this man. Zero knowledge person. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The taste of the food is great, but the service could definitely use some improvement. Given that this is one of the better vegetarian restaurants in the area, it tends to get crowded, making it tough to find a seat. Even when tables do become available, they aren’t cleaned promptly, causing unnecessary delays despite the waiting crowd. I’ve noticed this on several occasions. On a positive note, parking is convenient, and there’s AC seating on the first floor. However, there doesn't seem to be a lift, which could be challenging for elderly customers. Visited this place on a weekday at dinner time around 8 pm. The place was fairly crowded and it took quiet a long while to get a table for 4. The wait continued for having our food on the table. Service was slow. Hence the crowd moved slowly. Poor service extends to waiters not even getting water to the table - as per the common practice at all restaurants! Food taste was as good as regular restaurants - nothing fancy. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
