I went here for buying some Thanjavur special craft items and specially a dancing doll which I wanted to buy. I started looking into craft items and chosen few already. I stepped into the dancing doll section. I selected a doll and decided to choose that doll. When I checked the movements of the doll, the cashier lady sitting inside the shop shouted badly at another shop keeper saying that what are doing and shown a cheap aggressive facial expression towards us. I felt very bad.. I would recommend the shop owner to advise necessary... Heavy disappointed.. bad experience at Thanjavur.. Service: 1

Terrible Service & No Basic Hospitality! I had one of the worst dining experiences at Sri Krishna Bhavan KRA Complex. The service was absolutely pathetic—they didn’t even bother to switch on the fan, making it extremely uncomfortable to sit and eat. When I asked for a water glass, the staff completely ignored my request. It felt like they didn’t care about customer comfort at all. To make things worse, the servers brought food items that I never ordered and then tried to charge me for them. When I pointed it out, they hesitated to correct the bill. They even demanded a service charge despite their poor service. The food was nothing special, and the overall experience was frustrating. If this is how they treat customers, I won’t be visiting again. Absolutely not recommended! 0/5 – Avoid this place unless you want to be ignored and overcharged!
