We arrived around 4 PM and asked about available items. Only porota was available, so we ordered porota, rose milk, tea, and vada/bajji. After 20-30 minutes, the waiter informed us that the bajji would take longer. We received our porota and tea, but hot water, which we had requested upon arrival, took 45 minutes. After about an hour of waiting, we noticed that the next table got their bajji and the rose milk, which was already prepared and stored in the fridge. Very disappointed and won't be visiting again.
