I accidentally happened to stumble upon Sri Ayyappa Mess which is located Opp NCMS Parking, on Highins Road in Ootacamund, also popularly known as Ooty. It is not a very fascinating place and will hardly draw any attention from tourists. But when we visited this place a few days back, we were glad we did. It has a simplistic menu, but gives a very homely taste & feel. The place is run by a Tamil family and the service is very prompt. The rates are very reasonable & their food quantity is just right to keep you going. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Dosa, Chicken Dry Fry, Chicken Biray Ani Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection Vegetarian options: Good south Indian dosas, idly & vadas
