Owner named shagun is one of the lady with zero value of her commitment , attached the chat of her she is most unreponsible lady . She don’t have guts to talk and explain because it’s her fault so she cancelled the call. Rather understanding the urgency of customer , despite of respecting each customer she only focus of high orders which is totally wrong. You guys should understand that every customer is valuable.
