The rooms are simple and fairly straightforward, nothing fancy. The service and food here are very good , but what really stands out is the customer service. The staff is incredibly responsive, helpful, and quick to address any requests or feedback. A big shout out to Rameez, the Operations Manager for making sure the stay was good, and the front desk teamāSiju, Prem, and Rajalakshmiāfor making our stay smooth. Prem was especially helpful in arranging resources, providing timely support, and even booking cabs when needed. Sudhi at the restaurant ensured our meals arrived on time and was always respectful and attentive. Itās rare to experience such great service in a small town like Choonad. Truly appreciate the teamās effortāplease keep up the amazing work!

We recently booked eleven rooms at Sreelakshmi Residency for our wedding guests, and we must say it was an exceptional experience for our guests! Mr. Harshan and the other hotel staff ensured that the rooms were allocated as per our request. The rooms were clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The breakfast buffet was tasty and it was ready even for guests who had to take an early flight. The hotel staff were courteous and went above and beyond to ensure our guests had a memorable stay. We appreciate Mr. Harshan and his team's warm hospitality and highly recommend Sreelakshmi Residency to anyone looking for a good hotel near Kayamkulam. Service: 5
