It certainly has a nostalgic charm, but it could use some renovations to bring it up to modern standards. Food: The highlight of my meal was the ghee roast, which was excellent. The dosa was crispy and flavorful, matching the quality you’d expect at a place like Saravana Bhavan. I was impressed by how well they’ve maintained the authentic taste, even though most of the staff seemed to be from outside Kerala. They are doing a commendable job of preparing the food in a traditional way, which adds to the authenticity of the dining experience. However, the chapathi was a letdown. It lacked the softness and texture I expected, leaving me disappointed. On the brighter side, the poori masala was enjoyable—the poori was light and fluffy, and the masala had a good balance of spices. It was a comforting dish that didn’t disappoint.
