I had a very disappointing experience at Sree Aksshayam with my family. The service was extremely poor. The order-taking staff behaved rudely—he threw the menu card on our table and was not ready to listen to our order properly. After placing the order, we had to wait for 40 minutes before the food arrived. Even while we were eating, no one came to check if we needed anything extra. When I raised a complaint, one person pretended to be the manager, but it was clear he wasn’t. Later, another person from the reception came and unnecessarily tried to collect my bills and did not want to return them until I insisted and argued. The whole experience spoiled our outing. Very poor service and attitude. Please be careful before visiting.
