Had one of the most paisa vasool meals of my life here. I was just strolling around looking for a simple restaurant where I could take food to eat at my hotel, but I came across this small shop that had a lot of people coming in. They were only serving the veg thali and I opted for the same. I received over half kg of rice, two dry vegetables sabji, vegetable curry, one sambhar curry, pickle, one papad, rassam and buttermilk. The rice can be eaten among 3 people who are heavy eaters. All this for Rs 80 and not only was it hot, but appetising as well. It’s a small restaurant, not that fancy but if you want to experience what authentic, local food is, this is your spot.
