I had a terrible experience at the restaurant "Nellai Saravana bhavan" and I would not recommend anyone to dine there. The staff was incredibly rude and refused to take my order. When I asked for assistance, they responded with a condescending tone and an eye roll. I was shocked by their behavior and left feeling humiliated. It was obvious that they didn't want my business and I was made to feel like an inconvenience. Not only was the service terrible, but the atmosphere was also uninviting. I cannot believe that a restaurant with such terrible customer service can even stay in business. I hope that management takes a serious look at their employees and their behavior towards customers. We had breakfast there and and I must say it was not good...dosa had old sour taste...most of the items were not available...it was one of the best restaurant decades ago but now one of the worst..
