Very Good! I first tried their Kesar Rasmalai on a friend's recommendation and started admiring and purchasing from this place many times. I have so far visited two SgB outlets in Chennai, one inside Marina Mall, Sipcot and other in Navallur. Both are really good and they have really good staffs as well. Being a Bengali, I could not stop myself trying their Rasgullas (we say Rasogolla) but it was not that good, not soft at all; but I would definitely recommend for Kesar Rasmalai, which is top notch and of course it is their signature item.
