I had a very bad experience in this branch. They will cheat you to make more money especially with party hall charges. Usually if we order food for certain quantity, 5 or 10 more members can be served with that quantity. But When I placed the order, they said only 50 members can eat if I choose the plate count of 50. Then I had to increase the plate count to 69, but unfortunately only 50 members came and they didn't refund the amount for those 19 extra plates which was left. I paid 10k without having the food.

Food menu also they have designed in such a way that you have to choose Rs.650 menu without any choice as in the other menu Rs.590 with just a difference of Rs.60 having only two three items(chapati and sambar rice) and one sweet which looks too costly. Food quality is somewhat ok.

I celebrated a birthday party their food service ambience was all good i don't have any issues with it, but the decorator they advised we only allow him and not outsider (Ok events) only service to be taken. We were okay also with the condition. The said event owner had a photographer name Kannan who took video and photography. It's 8 months now yet not received my babies birthday pics and videos... Is this the way client is recommended and forced to take such a pathetic service... For which i have paid and yet not received the album and videos is the worst part. It's 8 months now... Why you people are giving business to such people and pushing client to frustration and depression. An event in hotel is mixed of all feedback. So if hotel takes action on such feedback then only client will be happy and satisfied
