One of the best vegetarian meals I've had in recent times! Sri Annapoorna at Cross Cut Road, Coimbatore, truly lives up to its legacy — the flavors were authentic and rich, every dish felt freshly prepared with care. What impressed me even more was the exceptional service in the air-conditioned section. The staff were attentive, courteous, and made the entire dining experience warm and memorable. If you're in Coimbatore and love South Indian vegetarian food, this place is a must-visit. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food was really good. Authentic Tamilnadu taste and good quality. I had dinner in the First floor AC hall where half the tables were closed for service. Twenty diners in 5 adjacent tables meant it was NOISY. The ambience in the ground floor Non AC hall wasn't also great. At 9 PM.in a Saturday, most dishes weren't available. Only dosas and chinese items were available, which was a huge let down. Quality and taste - Yes. Is it worth the hype? No Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian Vegetarian options: Very near to Gandhipuram bus stand

Annapurna Restaurant at Crosscut Road, Gandhipuram is known for serving consistently good food that lives up to its reputation. The flavors are satisfying and the quality of dishes remains commendable. However, when it comes to ambiance and service, the experience is rather average. The interior setting lacks freshness and vibrancy, and the service, while functional, doesn't go the extra mile. Overall, it’s a good spot for a decent meal, but don’t expect much in terms of atmosphere or hospitality. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
