Very disappointing experience. I specifically ordered salted fries, but I was served peri-peri fries instead. Since I was observing a Shivratri fast, I clearly could not consume it and requested cancellation. Despite this being their mistake, I was still charged. The staff seemed careless and not attentive to customer requirements. There was no proper apology or effort to resolve the issue professionally. For a first-time visit, this was extremely disappointing. Basic order accuracy and customer respect should be a priority. I would not recommend this place unless they improve their service standards.
