AVOID THE OFFERS - Good Pizza, Terrible, Dishonest Billing. Rating: (2/5 Stars). The only reason this review is two stars is because, to be fair, the pizza itself is quite good. However, everything related to billing, offers, and customer respect is a disaster. CONFUSING & MISLEADING OFFERS (The Scam). The menu card is not a simple menu; it's a confusing puzzle designed to trick you. We tried to order using an advertised offer, only to be repeatedly told, "This offer is not valid on this item," or "It's not valid on Veg 4 or Non-Veg 4." * If the offers are so complicated that customers cannot use them, they are a distraction, not a deal. * The staff made no effort to honor an offer, even when their dining area was mostly empty. This shows a complete lack of respect or value for the customer. Their priority is strictly following convoluted rules, not building loyalty. HIDDEN CHARGES (5% GST Surprise). After struggling with the offers and finally calculating our bill, we were told there would be an additional 5% GST charge. Guess what? It is absolutely NOT mentioned anywhere on their printed menu card! This is unacceptable and feels like dishonest, deceptive business practice. If you are charging extra tax, it MUST be clearly printed for the customer to see. Summary. If you want a decent slice of pizza and are happy to pay full price plus a surprise tax, go ahead. But if you value transparency, clear pricing, and offers that actually work, go somewhere else. This restaurant needs to simplify its menu, remove its misleading offers, and be honest about its pricing. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600
