Very disappointing experience. I had ordered a cake to be delivered at a specific time for a special occasion, but they completely forgot to deliver it. When I called to follow up, the response I got was very careless and unprofessional. No apology or proper explanation was given. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when people trust you for important moments. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you value punctuality and reliability. Service: 1
