Do not go away without tasting good brownies, chocolate sandwiches and chocolate custard. Very very Slow service. Had a group of 16 people, they advised that I should update them half an hour before arrival time but still the food was delayed. Had opted for a fixed menu, portion size is small and food was served in disposable plates. Strange Luxury Cafe serving food in disposable plates. This is for the andher west Springold Cafe..

If there is a great European like setting for a coffee shop then it happens to be Springold The Luxury Cafe. Its got wooden interiors with arched windows like cavity on the walls with miniature paintings. Marble top tables, cosy comfortable chairs with decorative carved floors. The high ceilings also gives it a feeling of space and not claustrophobic. The menu has a range or beverages and some nibbles to go with it. Tried the expresso shot, iced latte, cold coffee and hot mocha. All of them turned out to be good and served with a smile. Its truly how a coffee shop should be where you have rounds of coffee with some bites and either have business meetings or just plain simple gup chup with friends. Tried the chilli cheese toast which was soft to say the least with good portion size. The food items are limited clearly indicating that its not for heavy meals which would make you drowsy. The service is warm and friendly and the servers are always in a mask. The only hitch here is the lack of parking space around so its either a public transport or a chauffer whose service needs to be availed. Its a great setting to let your hair down or even pen a book as time stands still surprisingly as it is on a really busy street.
