This is an older hotel. The rooms are clean but the interior needs a bit of updating. The staff are what makes this hotel desirable. They were so kind and went beyond what we would ask them for. The food- ah the food was amazing! Hats off to the chef! The menu is limited but from what they do have, all of the South Indian dishes (especially the dosas) were the best we’ve had during our stay in India! Service: 5

I had high hopes for Aroma's, but unfortunately, my recent visit was nothing short of a complete disappointment. From the moment I walked in, the service was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested, slow, and even unprofessional at times. Our server was inattentive, forgetting our veg to non-veg orders and failing to check on us throughout the meal. The food, sadly, was even worse. My soups to appetizers problems - it's either over sweet or overcooked and bland,It was clear that little care or attention was put into the preparation. My dining companion's dishes was also equally disappointing, they served non-veg to an vegetarian! Such a shame. To add insult to injury, the prices at are exorbitant for the quality of food and service provided. I left feeling like I had wasted both my time and money. Service: 1
