Worst experience with Spring valley. I have ordered 2 cakes but they cheated me with weight and delivered bad cakes. They have delivered half kg cake instead of 1 kg but charged for 1 kg. Again, the 3 kg 3 layer cake was not at all 3 kg and they delivered a tilted cake, which was already melted at the time of delivery. And the designed was not up to the mark. I ordered something but they delivered a plain cake. If #springvalley do not have the freezing facility then why do they accept orders from customers and cheat them. Spring valley Tezpur is fooling people. Do not waste your money by buying cakes from spring valley. Spring valley️
