Indian cuisine is what this restaurant boasts. You can share perfectly cooked chicken biryani, fish curry and rogan josh with your friends and spend a nice time here. Spring can be recommended for good fruit salads, red velvet cakes and curry dessert. Come here and have delicious indian wine, Kir or cordial. A lot of visitors think that you can drink great fresh juices, masala chai or latte at this place.
Live music is played by musicians in the evening. The nice staff welcomes guests all year round. This spot is remarkable for its spectacular service. Prices are found affordable here. At this restaurant, people can enjoy the lovely atmosphere and modern decor. As for the Google rating, Spring achieved 4.1.

Had a good veriety of food fm starters to deserts n were suitable to our taste. Only down side was the washroom, which is little far on the ground floor.

For a restaurant housed in the so called five star premises of an acclaimed franchise hotel, Spring is not a place where I would eat. The serving staff and the concierge are clueless about bookings, seating etc. There are no reserved tables even after booking one. The staff is not trained properly. Coming to the food, the lack of variety was particularly disappointing. As for the taste, I personally can cook a better meal. The brownie was raw. Also, does the chef know what a souffle is? Because according to them it is just a dollop of cream on top of strawberry jam. One would expect great food, but I'd say it's a great disaster. Never visit this restaurant please. Maybe put in some money and visit better ones like Shangri La, Le Meridian, Hyatt, or ITC Maurya. But please spare yourself the experience of dining here.
