You will be served Indian cuisine at this restaurant. Degust perfectly cooked garlic naans, dal makhani and salads Spring offers. To taste tasty red velvet cakes and good fruit salads is a really nice idea. Some clients like delicious cordial at this place. You will hardly forget great latte, masala chai or juice that you can enjoy.

Disappointing Brunch Experience - Spring Raddison Blu Dwarka Food was mostly cold with very limited options. Taste was average and nothing stood out. Desserts had many options but lacked quality. Except for gol gappas, the chaat was soggy, and the dim sums were undercooked. Service was another letdown: staff was busy chatting instead of attending guests. Had to call the live counter chef multiple times while he was busy staring at tables instead of serving. We spent around ₹11k, which could have easily been better spent at a any other five-star property offering a much better overall dining experience. Overall, it was not value for money.
