If you appear to be near Paras Dham Temple, you can go to this fast food. Here you will be able to taste nicely cooked turkey, bhaji pav and white sauce pasta. Do not go away without eating good falooda, kulfi and vanilla ice cream. Get your meal started with great fruit juice, orange milkshakes or cold coffee.

The convenient location of Spring Blossom makes it easy to reach even in rush hours. A number of visitors think that the staff is competent at this place. The prompt service demonstrates a high level of quality at this place. From the guests' point of view, prices are democratic. Most of the time, the spectacular ambiance is to be found here.

This restaurant, seemingly inspired by the current political scenario in India, does what our politicians do best – dish out false promises. The staff recommended we order the Mezze Mezze, which in the menu is described as “penne pasta cooked in cheese and an aromatic tomato based sauce with broccoli”. I really think they added the broccoli on the menu as an afterthought, perhaps to appease the mothers who want their children to eat healthy food in an otherwise unhealthy restaurant. Whatever the reason, the broccoli surely didn’t find itself on our plates. The pasta tasted like something you would make from a ready to eat pasta packet with a sprinkling of some oregano and rosemary, to give it that “Italian punch”. The next dish we ordered was the Mexican bhel. Probably after the success of the Chinese bhel at other joints, the Mexican bhel seemed inviting. For this dish I really think the chef, or at least the people writing the menu hadn’t paid attention to geography in school. the Mexican bhel, and I’m really stressing on the word Mexican here, consisted of fried pad Thai noodles (Umm... didn’t the word Thai, tell them it’s surely NOT Mexican?) which were coated in some sour fermented green stuff, (probably what the menu described as the “green salsa sauce”) with heaps of grated cheese of top. I don’t know why they forgot the mayonnaise and added cheese instead. Probably because, if you fed an Indian cheese, they’d ignore the rest of the dish. But we weren’t ones to be fooled. We sent the dish back twice, so that they could eliminate the sour green salsa, but every time it came back the same, except with more cheese on top. The dish was confused. I urge the restaurant owners to please send the chef to an all-expense paid trip to Mexico, or if they can’t afford that, buy him a cookbook and a geography book please.
The rest of the restaurant experience was mediocre at best. There was loud music playing in the restaurants banquet hall next door, which increased by several decibels every time a waiter opened the door. The manager was absolutely inefficient. He seemed more miffed with us for returning the plates than we were at his lack of empathy toward our plight.
Surely, this restaurant isn’t worth the Rs. 611 we paid for the meal.
