I have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Pune three times now, and I must say that the service was good. The arrival experience was smooth, thanks to the polite and courteous staff at the reception. Kanchan, in particular, deserves a special mention for making the check-in process seamless. However, I did notice that the greeting part was missing. The rooms are spacious but not well maintained. The floor was dusty, the menu was covered in dust, and the chair's hydraulic system was damaged. Additionally, the bedside lamps were broken, the AC remote was faulty and buttons were missing from the remote, and the washroom tiles had fungus growth and white line turned into black. Basic amenities like hair combs and moisturizers were also missing. One thing that bothered me was when someone from housekeeping suddenly showed up at my door asking if I needed anything. I appreciate the intent, but I prefer to ask for assistance when I need it. Despite these issues, I felt like my overall experience was good, thanks to the excellent service from the front desk team, particularly Pratik. He's always smiling and willing to help. I hope the hotel will address these issues to provide an even better experience for future guests.

Beautiful stay in spree shivai hotel I stay there for three days with my family I had very good experience with there staff and services there is one front office staff Riya she is give her best for guest satisfaction very nice services rest other staff our every department also good specially Riya Thank you so much for your efforts.
